A Not So Tonkotsu Ramen

  So there's this new ramen in town, and I was happy caz it says tokotsu. I'm a fan of tonkotsu ramen, which means I really hunt down for the good ones. I was kinda disappointed though because it wasn't the tonkotsu ramen that I was expecting. The ramen has taste, in fact that's a good thing. Although what surprised me is that their soup is clear. Tonkotsu should be white (not clear). And it kinda tasted like ordinary shoyu ramen to me. My expectations were kinda high at first but then it suddenly went down when I tried it. Or maybe this is their version of tonkotsu ramen? Ionno. I'll probably try their other ramen, who knows I might get the one that I like? Hopefully.
